CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Technology Strategy and Program Governance to shape the long-term technology direction and governance for Meritain Health and payer solutions within the CVS Health ecosystem.

You will lead strategic planning, portfolio oversight, and executive communications in a growing 300-person technology organization, driving modernization and measurable business impact across the enterprise.

Qualifications

10+ years leading enterprise technology strategy and portfolio governance.
10+ years partnering with senior technology and business executives.
10+ years overseeing technology portfolios, capital investments, and governance processes.
8+ years creating executive presentations, board materials, and strategic recommendations.
5+ years collaborating across software, infra, cybersecurity, architecture, product management, and technology operations.

Responsibilities

Define multi-year technology strategy and executive roadmap.
Lead the operating rhythm of the technology organization and governance.
Oversee portfolio governance, capital planning and financial management.
Drive accountability by monitoring delivery performance, risks, and portfolio health.
Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Operations, Finance, HR and business stakeholders.
