Qualifications

• MBA valued; Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in technology operations, IT services, consulting, engineering, project delivery, digital transformation, or business transformation environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams responsible for managed services, projects, consulting engagements, and technical operations.
• Demonstrated ability to align business objectives with technology investments and organizational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of engineering, managed services, security, project delivery, and consulting teams.
• Establish and improve operational processes, service standards, escalation workflows, and accountability structures.
• Balance priorities across projects, support services, consulting engagements, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand business operations and IT needs; monitor onboarding progress; lead quarterly business reviews.
• Translate executive business objectives into actionable technology initiatives and roadmaps.
