Job summary

BerryDunn seeks an IT Director to lead technology strategy, operations, and modernization for a geographically distributed workforce and multiple offices in the United States. The role shapes enterprise architecture, data platforms, and digital transformation aligned with firm growth and client service priorities.

You will manage budgets, governance, cybersecurity, and vendor relationships while driving innovation, observability, and measurable operational excellence. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• 10–15 years of IT leadership experience in professional services.
• Proven ability to develop IT strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a multi-year IT strategic and operational plan.
• Establish IT goals, governance practices, service expectations, and performance measures.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets, forecasts and roadmaps.
• Oversee internal systems, enterprise applications, data platforms, integrations, and databases.
• Lead adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, automation, and productivity platforms.
