Job summary

NextPath Workforce Solutions is seeking a Director of Managed Services in Longwood, FL. This onsite role leads Technical Account Managers and service teams to drive performance, SLAs, and client satisfaction while partnering with executive leadership.

You will coach managers on staffing, capacity planning, and succession, owning key metrics, security governance, and client communications to ensure high-quality service delivery and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• MBA and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in IT services, managed services, or technology consulting.
• 5+ years leading service delivery teams, including managers or team leads.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including Intune, Defender, and Purview.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Account Managers and service teams to meet performance, SLAs, KPIs, and standards.
• Coach managers on hiring, staffing, capacity planning, and succession planning.
• Own performance metrics such as resolution times, ticket backlogs, utilization, gross margin, and client satisfaction.
• Promote security best practices across client environments (security, governance, patching).
• Serve as senior escalation point for major incidents and client communications.
