Job summary

Victra is seeking part-time Sales Support Representatives to deliver world-class service in our retail stores. You will assist guests, support the sales process, and help maintain store operations during busy periods.

Responsibilities include account reviews, merchandising, and providing product recommendations while building personal connections with customers. Training is provided and opportunities for advancement exist within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, preferably in retail or service environment.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction to create a positive experience.
• Explain product benefits and make service recommendations to meet guest needs.
• Create personal connections with guests and assist team with guest interactions and follow-through.
