Victra is seeking a part-time Sales Support Representative to join our retail teams. You will support the sales process, merchandise the store, and ensure an exceptional guest experience while handling daily store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, retail preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays during peak season.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify technology solutions.
• Assist guests with interactions and follow-through during peak times.
