Job summary

Synergy Business Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technology Account Manager in a hybrid Miramar role. You will manage and grow IT staffing accounts, building strong partnerships with technology decision-makers and recruiters to deliver qualified candidates.

You should have a solid IT background, a proven book of business, and the drive to expand revenue across existing and new lines while participating in occasional Broward meetups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT roles, with at least 3 years in staffing, account management, or recruiting.
• Strong sales background is required.
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and growing client relationships in technology.
• Existing book of business or strong IT client network is ideal.
• Solid understanding of IT roles, tech terminology, and project lifecycles.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working remotely with periodic Broward meetings.
• Experience using ATS and CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing client relationships and be the main contact for staffing needs.
• Use your book of business to create new opportunities and grow revenue.
• Collaborate with recruiters to deliver qualified candidates.
• Understand IT roles and technologies to communicate with hiring managers.
• Develop and execute account strategies to expand within and into new lines.
• Negotiate contract terms, rates, and ensure compliance.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions, orders, and pipeline activity.
• Attend occasional in-person team meetups in Broward for strategy and reviews.
