Amazon is seeking a Technical Sourcing Recruiter to build talent pipelines and partner with hiring managers to close searches within tight deadlines. You will drive sourcing strategies and metrics to meet SLAs across multiple tech domains in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting mid to high-level tech talent in competitive markets.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of specialized recruiting experience sourcing and hiring technical professionals in Software and Hardware Engineering domain.
• Ability to build and develop strong sourcing strategies through the use of various recruiting channels/platforms.
• Contact Management System/Applicant Tracking System experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidate.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
• Recruit passive candidates and gauge candidate skill sets against open roles.
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
• Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
• Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
• Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
• Partner with cross functional teams to deliver a pipeline of both internal and external candidates.
