This center-based role blends consultative selling, demonstrations, and AI-powered tools to drive revenue and customer success. You will develop an active pipeline, engage prospects across channels, and collaborate with multiple teams to advance opportunities while building a solid foundation for a career in technology sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree by start date in Business, Communications, CS, IT, or related field.
• Strong interest in technology, digital selling and consultative sales.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create demand and identify new opportunities within assigned territories, accounts, and product portfolios.
• Engage and qualify prospective customers through phone, email, social media, video outreach, campaigns, virtual events, and other digital selling channels.
• Develop and maintain an active pipeline by progressing opportunities through the sales cycle and supporting renewal, upgrade, and modernization opportunities.
• Participate in customer discovery conversations to understand objectives, needs, buying criteria, and success measures.
• Deliver virtual technical demonstrations, solution overviews, and proof-of-value discussions linking IBM capabilities to client outcomes.
• Act as a trusted sales advisor with current product knowledge and IBM value propositions.
• Collaborate with Technical Specialists, Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and Ecosystem teams to advance opportunities.
