Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience and clean record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Enforce contract standards and safety programs.
• Schedule and billing software and reporting experience.
• Able to work in varied environments and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Stand or walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and security officers.
• Coach, recognize and discipline staff within empowered guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain reports and logs.
• Ensure adherence to contract standards and safety procedures.
• Handle crisis situations calmly at the client site.
• Utilize scheduling and billing software to produce actionable reports.
