Qualifications

Minimum requirements include a Guard Card or applicable license (preferred).
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures and screening protocols.
Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and deliveries; verify authorization and direct individuals to entry points or contacts.
Monitor access points, visitor activity, and screening equipment; escalate unauthorized access or policy concerns to site contacts or leadership.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner following reporting procedures.
Conduct regular patrols of entry areas, lobby spaces, and perimeter; document observations and complete required reports.
