Responsibilities

• Screen individuals and authorized items entering the technology and telecommunications location using established procedures and screening equipment.
• Verify credentials, visitor authorizations, and access permissions before permitting entry to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, entry points, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
