Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a Guard Card or applicable license (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures and screening protocols.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and deliveries; verify authorization and direct individuals to entry points or contacts.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and screening equipment; escalate unauthorized access or policy concerns to site contacts or leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner following reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry areas, lobby spaces, and perimeter; document observations and complete required reports.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-screening protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and deliveries in accordance with established procedures; verify authorization, review identification, and direct individuals to appropriate entry points or contacts.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and screening equipment, escalating unauthorized access attempts, prohibited items, suspicious activity, and policy concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entry areas, lobby spaces, and the surrounding business perimeter, while documenting observations and completing required reports.

Minimum Requirements

• A Guard Card or applicable license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
