Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• A guard card or license preferred.
• As a condition of employment, background check may be required.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters through established reporting channels as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, exterior spaces, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with badge verification, entry protocols, and directions as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
