Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors on site.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns calmly and per protocol.
• Conduct patrols of the facility, grounds, parking, and perimeter.
• Monitor entry points, verify authorization, and document activity.
• Complete detailed activity reports and shift communications.
