You will provide security for a tech-focused site, perform patrols, manage access, and maintain a visible, professional presence to deter incidents.

Role emphasizes customer service, reporting, and teamwork in a dynamic environment. Requirements include a high school diploma and background checks; CPR and license are preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred where applicable.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office spaces, collaboration areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to report unusual activity or issues.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures, verifying credentials and directing guests per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and security observations while maintaining professionalism.
