Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• State/local security license preferred.
• Must be 18+ (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, employees, and production personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas as directed.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry per site procedures.
• Document patrols and incidents and communicate findings to leadership.
