Qualifications

Access control and badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following site policies and security procedures.
Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document entry/exit activity.
Respond calmly to incidents and alarms, escalating as needed per site procedures.
Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading docks, and perimeter to deter incidents.
Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports for site leadership.
