Qualifications

• Have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law and drug screen may be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology location by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Monitor access control systems, verify credentials, issue badges, and maintain logs.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner; notify leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized access.
• Follow visitor management, deliveries, restricted areas, and infrastructure procedures.
