Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen in accordance with laws.
• valid driver’s license only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel while following site access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify IDs, and issue or collect visitor credentials as directed.
• Screen and direct visitors, vendors, and vehicles per site procedures, escalating issues as needed.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly following emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of access areas, buildings, and perimeters; report anomalies.
