Oklahoma State University is seeking a Technology Services and Security Intern to provide and maintain equipment and technology that enables staff to cultivate philanthropic support. You will handle technical support and troubleshooting, assist with hardware setups, and help document processes.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a relevant IT or CS program, with experience in Windows, basic PC repair, and familiarity with Microsoft Office apps; strong communication and teamwork are

Formación

• Currently enrolled in college with emphasis in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent bachelor’s degree program.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems, including software installation and configuration.
• Basic understanding of PC hardware repair.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with Apple products (iPad, iPhone, Mac) preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: monitor ticket queue, respond to support requests, and provide hands-on hardware/software issue resolution.
• General Support: hardware setup/relocation, printer installation and maintenance, and decommissioning devices.
• Documentation: create and update user guides, FAQs, and internal procedures.
