Responsibilities

• Provide computer support to end-users in a college setting.
• Maintain and support classroom technology environments.
• Install, maintain and dispose of desktop PCs and printers as needed.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and assist audits of licensing.
• Coordinate IT equipment bookings and loaned devices.
• Set up presentation facilities with laptops and projectors.
• Advise users on standard IT applications and best practices.
• Supervise and mentor student IT workers and technicians.
• Oversee ticketing system and ensure timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with CVM IT Manager on systems and applications.
