Job summary

Brandywine Realty Trust in Philadelphia seeks a Technical Services Analyst to provide high-quality IT support across the enterprise. You will manage end-user computing, mobile devices, collaboration tools, and building technology while delivering exceptional service.

Reporting to the Director of Service Management, the role requires strong troubleshooting, customer focus, and the ability to handle on-call rotations and occasional travel to regional offices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in desktop/endpoint support or service desk.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience with Azure Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and collaboration technologies.
• Experience supporting iOS and Android devices.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to be on-call and respond to emergencies during off-hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, remote, and virtual support for technology incidents and service requests.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
• Own support tickets throughout their lifecycle, including communication, documentation, resolution, and follow-up.
• Analyze incidents, identify recurring trends, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and support desktop and laptop hardware.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office).
• Configure, enroll, and manage mobile devices (iOS and Android).
• Troubleshoot network, wireless connectivity, printing, VPN, and remote access issues.
• Support Teams Rooms, conference room tech, AV systems, and digital signage.
• Administer and support endpoint devices using enterprise endpoint management tools.
• Assist with onboarding, provisioning, and technology orientation for new employees.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Travel occasionally to regional offices, including overnight stays.
• Assist in deploying standard device configurations and OS images.
• Support Intune, Azure AD, endpoint security, and device lifecycle management.
• Assist with software deployment, patch management, and Windows updates.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Evaluate and test new hardware and collaboration technologies.
• Work with vendors to maintain standard hardware configurations.
• Assist with technology projects, office moves, renovations, and rollouts.
• Recommend process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
