Responsibilities

• Provide supportive feedback, timely interventions, and consistent reinforcement.
• Lead tech-enabled training sessions following TOCA's curriculum.
• Guide players through structured sessions and player pathways to reach personal goals.
• Build strong connections with players, parents, and coaches, and keep them engaged.
• Track progress with the Training Manager and adjust training methods as needed.
• Keep the facility clean, fun, and welcoming, upholding TOCA values of excellence and community.
