Job summary

TOCA Football in Allen, TX is seeking a Part-Time TOCA Soccer Trainer to help players develop technique and a love for the game using our tech-enabled training platform. You will coach in the evenings and weekends, guiding players from youth to higher levels while keeping sessions energetic and safe.

As a TOCA teammate, you’ll collaborate with the Training Manager to deliver structured pathways, provide timely feedback, and create a welcoming, high-energy environment that reflects TOCA’s values

Qualifications

• Soccer coaching or playing experience at youth/college/pro levels.
• Passion for coaching and player development.
• Availability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching feedback, interventions, and reinforcement during sessions.
• Lead tech-enabled training sessions to improve technique, awareness and decision-making.
• Guide players through structured sessions and pathways toward personal goals.
• Build strong relationships with players and their families to support engagement.
