Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive feedback, timely interventions, and consistent reinforcement.
• Lead tech-enabled training sessions that improve players' technical ability, awareness, and decision making.
• Build strong connections with players, parents, and coaches; follow up with clients and celebrate wins.
• Keep the facility a fun, clean, and inviting space; uphold TOCA's values of excellence, innovation, and community.
