TOCA Soccer is seeking a part-time TOCA Soccer Trainer in Georgia to coach and develop players using tech-enabled training. You will lead high-energy sessions, provide constructive feedback, and guide players along development pathways in a fun, inclusive environment.

The role focuses on afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with opportunities to grow within TOCA’s training framework and contribute to an engaging player experience.

Qualifications

• Soccer experience coaching or playing at youth, college, or pro levels.
• Passion for coaching and player development.
• Energy to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• On the Field: Coaching and player development with emphasis on technique, decision making, and teamwork.
• Team Captain: Build relationships with players, parents, and coaches, and keep clients engaged.
• Off the Field: Track progress, review performance, and adjust training strategies with the Training Manager.
• Facility & Culture MVP: Maintain a fun, clean, and welcoming space and uphold TOCA values.
