TOCA Soccer Trainer in Keller, TX is a part-time role joining our Training Team. You’ll coach players using tech-enabled training to improve technique, decision making, and love for the game.

You’ll follow the TOCA curriculum, lead sessions, build relationships with players and families, and contribute to a fun, safe, high-energy environment.

The role requires evening/weekend availability and a passion for developing players of all levels; training and growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• Soccer coaching experience and ability to guide players.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for coaching and player development.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• On-field coaching and player development following curriculum.
• Lead engaging, tech-enabled training sessions to improve technique, awareness, and decision making.
• Support players through structured pathways toward personal goals.
• Build strong connections with players, parents, and coaches.
• Collaborate with Training Manager to track progress and adjust methods.
• Maintain a positive, welcoming facility atmosphere and uphold TOCA values.
