Job summary

TOCA Football in West Cobb, GA is seeking a part-time TOCA Soccer Trainer to coach and develop players using the TOCA session curriculum. You will provide feedback and guide players along a pathway to improvement in a high-energy, fun environment.

You’ll build strong relationships with players and parents, track progress with the Training Manager, and help maintain a welcoming TOCA experience on and off the field through demonstrations and tech-enabled drills.

Qualifications

• Soccer coaching or playing experience at youth, college, or pro levels.
• Passion for coaching and player development.
• Ability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.

Responsibilities

• On the Field: Coaching & Player Development (50%) — Provide feedback, interventions, and landmark training sessions.
• Team Captain: Building Relationships (30%) — Connect with players, parents, and coaches; keep clients engaged.
• Off the Field: Training Strategy & Growth (10%) — Track progress with Training Manager; analyze data and adjust methods.
• Facility & Culture MVP (10%) — Maintain a positive, inviting space; embody TOCA values.
