Qualifications

• Soccer coaching and player development experience across youth, college, or pro levels.
• Passion for coaching and helping players improve.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication with players, parents, and coaches.

Responsibilities

• On the field: coaching and player development through sessions, following TOCA’s curriculum.
• Team captain: build relationships with players, parents, and coaches; keep clients engaged.
• Off the field: track progress with the Training Manager and adjust methods as needed.
• Facility & culture MVP: keep the space positive, clean, and inviting, embody TOCA values.
