Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is hiring a part-time Sales Support Representative to enhance the in-store guest experience. You will assist with account reviews, merchandising, and customer interactions while supporting a fast-paced team.

Must have a high school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old. You will participate in NHU training within 30 days of starting and may work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, retail preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Must attend four-day NHU training within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and guest queue triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction.
• Conduct account reviews to understand guest needs and present product recommendations.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Create personal connections to make tech simple for guests.
