Job summary

Victra is seeking part-time Sales Support Representatives to deliver world-class service at Verizon premium retail stores. You will support the sales process, share product knowledge, and create a memorable in-store experience for every guest.

Responsibilities include assisting with account reviews, merchandising, data transfers, and guest queue triage during peak times. The role requires 1+ year of customer service, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or service.
