Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is hiring a part-time Sales Support Representative to help create an outstanding in-store experience. You will assist with account reviews, product recommendations, data transfers and queue triage while maintaining a clean, merchandised sales floor.

You’ll deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to guests, support store operations, and participate in NHU-style training. 18+ and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical requirements: lift 10 pounds and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers and customer queue triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every guest interaction to create a positive experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and provide product/service recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and connect with guests while making tech approachable.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional service.
