Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is seeking a part-time Sales Support Representative to create an outstanding in-store experience. You will assist guests, support account reviews, merchandise, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

You bring a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience; you must be able to work evenings and weekends. Training is provided, and benefits include paid training and employee perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and queue triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness, and operational tasks.
