Job summary

Victra is seeking a part-time Sales Support Representative to join our retail stores and deliver world-class service to every guest. You will support the sales process, merchandise the store, and help with operational functions while creating a memorable in-store experience.

You will provide product knowledge, handle guest interactions, and assist with data transfers and follow-through during busy periods. Training is paid, with opportunities for advancement and benefits.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews and customer service interactions to create a positive guest experience.
