Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking Sales Support Representatives to deliver world-class service to Every Guest. You will support sales processes, share product knowledge, and connect guests with the technology that matters most.

This role offers paid training, an inclusive culture, and opportunities for advancement. The position is part-time, with a flexible schedule ranging from 8 to 25 hours per week, starting at $12.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays (Nov–Dec and peak vacation periods).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and queue triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present product/service recommendations.
• Provide product benefits and solutions through exceptional customer service.
• Create personal connections to help guests understand tech simply.
• Assist team with guest interactions and follow-through in a fast-paced store.
