Job summary

Verizon Retail is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow your career within one of our stores. You’ll generate retail sales through cutting-edge technology and exceptional service, learn customers’ needs, and present complete top-down solutions.

You can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 a year in individual-based commissions if you hit sales goals. Top performers may reach $65,000+ to $75,500+ annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Open to additional shifts for more income.
• Experience in a commission-based environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service.
• Learn customer needs by asking questions.
• Present product insights and top-down solutions.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs.
• Develop skills through ongoing training in merchandising and inventory.
• Grow customer base via outbound calls and texts to Verizon customers.
• Engage with communities at off-site Verizon events.
