Job summary

Verizon is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our store team and grow with a focus on unlocking potential and sales success. You will engage customers, uncover needs, and present complete top-down solutions while representing the Verizon brand in a fast-paced retail environment.

Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour with potential commissions up to $18,000 annually for meeting goals, and top performers can earn $65,000+ to $75,500+ per year.

Qualifications

• One or more years of relevant experience demonstrated through work experience or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule announced four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak vacation periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Recommend product insights and solutions to provide a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales with strong communication to fulfill customer needs with intuitive tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory.
