Qualifications

• One or more years of relevant experience is required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide customers with top-down sales solutions.
• Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions.

• Grow customer base with outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers.
