Job summary

Comcast Xfinity Retail Sales Associate in Cambridge, MA helps customers explore products, demonstrates features, and assists with account questions. You will be the brand ambassador in-store, delivering outstanding service, meeting sales targets, and guiding customers through billing and service options.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and be flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on current or new services, making changes to account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert-level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contributing to a fun and competitive environment and connecting products to customers’ lifestyles.
• Adhering to retail policies and ensuring a professional store environment.
