Job summary

Verizon Retail is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate. You will grow your career in a store environment, using your passion for cutting-edge technology and superb customer service to expand the Verizon network.

You will learn about customer needs, provide complete tech solutions, and close sales while continuously improving through training and merchandising responsibilities. You can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 a year in individual commissions if goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays; schedule known four weeks in advance.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations for top-down sales solutions.
• Close sales using strong communication to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory.
• Possibly grow customer base via outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at off-site Verizon events to expand loyal customers.
