Job summary

Best Buy Bel Air is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers choose tech products and services and learning to confidently recommend solutions that fit their needs.

You'll welcome customers, perform product demos, handle cashier duties, stay up-to-date with knowledge, keep the floor stocked, and support in-store pickup. The role requires 3 months of retail or fast-paced team experience and flexibility for holidays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
