Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers find the right tech products and services. You will demo products, answer questions, and provide recommendations across departments.

The role includes cashier duties, ongoing learning, and maintaining a well-stocked sales floor. You will support in-store and curbside pickup while working in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
