Job summary

Best Buy is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers choose tech products and services. You’ll train to confidently recommend solutions that meet individual needs and deliver friendly service.

In this role you’ll welcome customers, demo products, handle transactions, and support curbside and in-store pickup. A minimum of three months in retail or a fast-paced environment is required, with a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
