Job summary

Best Buy is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers choose the right tech products and services. You’ll be trained to confidently recommend solutions while providing friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet customers, demonstrate products, handle cashier duties, and assist with in-store and curbside pickups. A minimum of three months in retail or similar team-based work is required, with flexibility for holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
