Job summary

Best Buy seeks a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers find the right tech and services. You’ll demo products, answer questions, and recommend solutions tailored to each shopper’s needs.

You’ll also handle cashier duties, maintain stock, and support in-store and curbside pickup while continuing to learn and grow. This role requires 3 months retail experience and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
