Job summary

Best Buy in Maryland is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers select the right tech products and services. You’ll learn the skills needed to confidently guide customers and meet their unique needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will welcome customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, and process purchases, returns, and exchanges. A flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
