Best Buy is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers select tech products and services that fit their needs. You’ll receive training and work to confidently recommend solutions while performing cashier duties and maintaining the sales floor.

The role requires a friendly, customer-focused approach, 3 months of retail or fast-paced experience, and a willingness to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and recommend products across departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development
• Keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
