You will learn customer needs, present top-down solutions, and close sales while participating in training and inventory tasks.

Base pay ranges from $16 to $21 per hour with potential commissions up to $18,000 annually and total compensation reaching $65,000 to $75,500 depending on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of relevant experience demonstrated through work experience or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known 4 weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by connecting with them and asking questions.
• Present product insights and recommendations to provide customers with comprehensive solutions.
• Close sales using strong communication to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions.
• Participate in ongoing training and assist with merchandising and inventory functions.
• Engage with the community and events to expand the customer base.
