This role emphasizes tech-savviness, attention to detail, and strong communication as you source carriers, verify documents, and keep customers updated. We provide training on our proprietary TMS and opportunities across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics coordination or transportation brokerage preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and digital tools.
• Ability to manage loads, track shipments, and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build loads, schedule pickups and deliveries, and set up vetted carriers in digital platforms.
• Proactively update carriers and provide real-time updates to shippers and customers.
• Source carriers, maintain relationships, and ensure regulatory and documentation accuracy.
• Support branch accounting tasks, including invoicing and payment processing.
• Deliver high-touch customer service in line with company standards.
